feat(platform): bootstrap-node.sh für Proxmox-Knoten (Schlüssel, Paketquellen, full-upgrade)

Idempotent, läuft vom Admin-Laptop in Git-Bash. Hostschlüssel wird nur mit
--reinstall verworfen, das Update läuft per systemd-run abgekoppelt von der
SSH-Sitzung. .gitattributes hält Shell-Skripte auf LF.
